Offices (teams) can be linked for access, activity and reporting. Create synergies and efficiencies while keeping segregation across your portfolio, finance or personnel.
1. Group Access
Set up Team Admins or users with access across multiple offices
2. Group Reporting
Generate Activity Reports (Standard or Advanced ) for one, multiple or all offices within a Group.
3. Group Prospecting
Link offices to enable prospecting of enquiries across your Group eg. Office 1 and office 3 are in the Eastern Suburbs, link to enable enquiries to Office 1 to receive properties managed by Office 3.
4. Group Applications
Link offices to enable visibility that an applicant has applied across another office within the group.
5. Multi-Trust Accounts
Add additional trust account details to an Office/Team so Lease Offers. Office 1 set up Tacc 1 and set up Tacc 2
6. Link Multiple Uploaders
Enable multiple feeds into one team OR enable a single feed into multiple teams (filtered by the Listing Agent).
7. Communication Role based routing
Enable role based actions based on triggers eg. Viewing reports cc to BDM if New Management or send to PM if existing management.
8. Link Multiple Trust Accounting and Property Management Systems
This feature is not available at the moment. We're working on this! Office 1 to have Property PMS1 and PMS 2 live integration sync.
