To adjust your RentBook plan:
1. Log into RentBook.
2. Select Profile > My Account from the menu.
3. Click the Upgrade my account button, the plans available to you display in the drop down list.
4. Select the plan you would like to upgrade or downgrade to from the drop down list.
- All plans are paid in advance, monthly and start on the dates specific to your account.
- Changes to plans are prorated from the point of the change.
- Upgrades are charged from the date of the upgrade, you will see a charge of the difference between the existing plan and the new one immediately, prorated to the end of your billing cycle.
- Downgrades are credited with the prorated difference in plan, on your next invoice/billing.
