How to Check Application Status
- Log in to your Snug account at https://app.snug.com/login.
- Navigate to the Applications section (usually found in the main dashboard or menu).
- Locate the property you applied for in the list.
- The current status of your application will be displayed next to the property details.
Understanding Application Statuses
The status displayed may include:
- Submitted: You have successfully submitted your application to the property manager.
- Withdrawn: You have withdrawn your application for this property.
- Unsuccessful / Declined: The property manager has reviewed your application and decided not to proceed with it.
- Accepted: Congratulations! The property manager has accepted your application. (You may receive further communication regarding lease signing).
Important Note: Snug is the platform used for submitting applications but does not manage properties or make leasing decisions. For specific questions about why your application has a certain status (e.g., Unsuccessful), please communicate directly with the relevant property manager.
