VaultRE acquired MyDesktop and is migrating customers across to VaultRE.
Clients should simply notify Snug via support when they migrate: firstname.lastname@example.org.
For customers that are migrating to VaultRE from MyDesktop, their feed Client ID will remain as the MyDesktop agencyID (e.g. 25696) but the property uploader setting in Snug Admin backend will be updated to VaultRE by the Snug Support team.
Aside from notifying Snug, there is nothing else for clients to do.
Customers that are migrating to VaultRE from another property uploader will receive a new agencyID (e.g. 1543).
