What are property disclosures?
Property disclosures are a set of questions about your property’s features and safety (for example, pool, gas, smoke alarms). These help ensure you’re providing all required information to renters.
How to complete property disclosures in Snug
There are several ways to complete Property Disclosures:
- Use Snug to automatically send the Disclosure Form to the property owner
- Upload the Disclosure form via PDF
- Complete the Disclosure form manually with instructions from the property owner
To use the online Disclosure Form on Snug:
- Log in to Snug
- Go to Snug and sign in to your account.
- Open your property listing
- Select the property you want to update.
- Go to the “Property Disclosures” section
- Choose your preferred method: Online Survey, Upload PDF, or Manual entry. You’ll see a list of questions about your property.

Answer each question
- If your property has the feature (e.g. a pool), answer accordingly.
- If a question doesn’t apply (e.g. no gas connection), you can:
- Leave it blank, or
- Select “Not applicable” if that option is available.
- Review and submit
- Double-check your answers and submit when ready.
