Summary / Overview
- Team history now correctly shows when a temporary support access grant has expired.
- History entries also include a link back to the team’s Overview page so you can quickly see more context about the team.
- This reduces confusion about whether Snug still has access to a team and makes it easier to navigate between history and the team record.
Who this is for
- Primary: Property Managers and Agency Admins who use Support Access to let Snug help troubleshoot issues in their account.
- Also relevant for: Snug Support when reviewing or explaining how Support Access history behaves.
What changed
- Expired support access grants in the team history view now show as Expired, not Active, once their expiry time has passed.
- Each history entry now includes team context:
- The team’s slug (identifier), and
- A link to the team’s Overview page, when a slug is available.
- The underlying data used by Support Access history is now more accurate and easier to understand at a glance.
How it works / Steps
- Open the team in Snug that you want to review.
- Go to the Support Access history section for that team.
- Review each entry in the history:
- Active means the support access grant is currently in effect.
- Expired means the grant has passed its expiry time and is no longer active.
- When you need more context about the team, use the link in the history entry to open the team’s Overview page in a new tab.
- If you need to create a new support access grant, do so as usual; any new entries will follow this updated behaviour.
FAQs / Notes
Do I need to do anything to turn this on?
No. The updated behaviour applies automatically once this release is live.
Which plans include this?
All plans where the Support Access feature is enabled.
Who can see the history and statuses?
Support Access history is available to Agency Admin roles (and Snug Support when assisting your team). If you’re unsure about your access, check with your account owner or Snug Support.
Does anything change for my existing grants?
No changes are required. Existing grants will now correctly show as Expired once their expiry time is reached, without any extra steps from you.
