- Contact Snug Support with details of the change you need (e.g., Apply/Inspect button update or integration modification).

- Ask your Agency Principal to provide written approval for the requested change.
- The approval can be sent by replying to the support email, or you can attach their written approval to your request.

Ensure transparency
- Make sure your Agency Principal is CC’d on the email to Snug Support, or provide a copy of their approval.

- Once we receive the required approval, our team will action your request and confirm when it’s complete.
