At Snug, you can easily switch between your Renter and Property Manager accounts. This guide will help you understand the different account types, show you how to switch, and provide troubleshooting tips if you run into any issues.
Account Types

How to Switch Accounts
- Navigate to the Top Left: On any Snug page, go to the top left corner.
- Click the Icon Next to Your Name: This opens your account menu.
- Select “My Account”: Access your account settings.
- Click on “My Teams”: Here, you can view and switch to your Property Manager account.
If you don’t see the option to switch, make sure your email is linked to both a Renter and a Property Manager account. If you’re new to managing properties, you may need to be invited to join a team by your agency.
Troubleshooting
- Can’t Find “My Teams”?
- Ensure you’re logged in with the email associated with your Property Manager account. If you’re still having trouble, try logging out and back in, or clearing your browser cache.
- Account Not Switching?
- Double-check that you’ve been added to a Property Manager team. If not, contact your agency for an invitation.
