Summary
Snug's viewing history feature allows you to see a detailed log of key events for any specific viewing time. This is useful for property managers who need to track which team member or system process published, updated, cancelled, or merged a viewing schedule.
The viewing history tracks the following events:
- Viewing Added
- Viewing Updated
- Viewing Cancelled
- Merged Viewings
How to view the history for a viewing
- From your My Team dashboard, navigate to the Viewings page in the left-hand menu.
- Find the property and the specific viewing time you wish to investigate.
- On the far right of that viewing's row, click the three-dot menu (...).
- Select History from the dropdown menu.
A "Viewing history" modal will appear. It shows a chronological list of all events for that viewing, the date and time they occurred, and the user who made the change (e.g., a specific team member or an automated "Property Feed").
