If your Ideal Week viewing schedule isn’t appearing on your property listing, it’s often because all assigned listing agents have appointments or calendar blocks during the scheduled viewing time.
What’s happening?
Snug checks each listing agent’s connected calendar (Google or Outlook) before showing available viewing slots. If every agent is busy or has a calendar block (including all-day events or leave), the viewing time won’t be displayed to applicants.
How to fix it
- Check assigned agents’ calendars:
- Ask each listing agent to open their connected calendar and look for any events, meetings, or all-day blocks that overlap with the scheduled viewing time.
- Remove or adjust conflicts:
- If there’s a conflicting event, edit or remove it so the viewing window is free.
- Reassign if needed:
- If an agent is unavailable, assign the property to another team member who is free during the viewing slot.
- Refresh your Snug dashboard:
- Once the calendar is clear, the viewing schedule will automatically update.
Tip: Make sure the correct calendar is connected to Snug and that there are no hidden or recurring blocks.
Example:
If your viewing is set for Wednesdays 3:30–5:00 pm, but all agents have meetings or leave during that time, the slot won’t appear. Free up at least one agent’s calendar for that window to restore the viewing schedule.
The managing agent has calendar exclusions blocking all dates. No conflicting appointments are scheduled in the calendar. No viewing schedule zone is assigned to the property, and currently assigned to the corresponding zone. No availability configured for the assigned zone. AllProperty not yet available (available date is in the future). Availability is not future-dated. Team or property blocked dates covering the viewing window. No block dates. Pre-apply is enabled for the property. Yes, other properties/zones are working as expected. Viewing requests are disabled. Disable request a viewing ticked.
