Summary / Overview
The Team Status page in Snug now shows your key agency details alongside your configuration settings. Property Managers and Agency/Admin users can quickly confirm the Agency Name, address, contact email, contact phone, business name and ABN in one place.
We’ve also improved the stability of the page and updated the “contact us” link so requests go directly to the Snug Help Centre form instead of opening a generic email.

What changed
- New Status Details section on the Team Status / Viewing Preferences page showing:
- Agency name
- Agency address
- Contact email
- Contact phone
- Business name
- ABN
- Updated support link so requests to update these details now go to the Snug Help Centre form instead of opening an email to
help@snug.com. - More reliable click-to-call behaviour for the agency contact phone number, so clicking the number works consistently across browsers and devices.
- More resilient page behaviour when an agency has missing contact details – the page now handles missing data gracefully instead of crashing.
How it works / Steps
- Open your Team Status page
- Sign in to Snug with a Property Manager, Agency Admin or System Admin account.
- Go to Settings for your agency/team.
- Open the Status
- Review your agency details
- In the Status Details section you’ll see:
- Agency Name – your public-facing agency name.
- Address – the main street address used for your agency.
- Email – the primary contact email for your agency.
- Phone – the primary contact phone number. The formatted number is shown on screen, and clicking it will open your device’s call application.
- Business Name – the legal or trading name used for billing and agreements.
- ABN – your Australian Business Number, where applicable.
- In the Status Details section you’ll see:
- Request changes to your details
- Under the Status heading, you’ll see guidance text with a link to the Snug Help Centre request form.
- Click the link to open the form at:
https://help.snug.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
- Use this form to request updates to any of the agency details shown on the page (for example, address changes, new business name, updated contact details).
- What you’ll see if details are missing
- If some contact information is not yet set, the page will still load and show the fields that are available.
- You may see blank or placeholder values for missing details instead of an error.
- If anything looks incorrect or missing, submit a request via the Help Centre form, so our team can update it.
FAQs / Notes
Is this available to all agencies?
Yes. The Status Details section is available on all plans and does not require any additional configuration.
Who can see the Status Details section?
Agency Admins and System Admins can always see this page. Property Managers may also see it where they have permission to view team settings.
Do renters or owners see this page?
No. This page is for internal agency use only. Renters and owners continue to see your details wherever they normally appear in applications and communications.
Do I need to do anything to turn this on?
No. The feature is enabled automatically once your Snug account is updated. Simply visit the Team Status / Viewing Preferences page to see your details.
What if the phone link still doesn’t work for me?
The phone link now uses an unformatted number for the click-to-call action, which should work in most browsers and devices. If you still have issues, try another browser or device and, if it continues, contact Snug Support via the Help Centre form with details of your setup.
Does this change any APIs or integrations?
No. This is an additive change that reads from your existing agency profile details. There are no breaking changes to APIs or database schema.
