Summary / Overview
Sorting applications by status helps you quickly group similar applications together, so you can work through them in a clear order.
When you use Sort applications per status, Snug sorts applications in this order:
- New
- Review
- Approve
- Other
- Accept
When would you use this
- You want to process “New” applications first
- You want to check which applications are already in “Approve” or “Accept”
- You are managing a high volume of applications and need a consistent workflow
How to sort applications by status
- Log in to your Snug account.
- Go to Applications.
- In the application list, click the Filter and sort by Status
- Review the list in status order (New, Review, Approve, Other, Accept).
Troubleshooting (if it doesn’t look like it's sorted)
If you clicked Status but the list still looks the same, try the steps below:
- Refresh the page, then click Status again.
- Confirm the applications you’re viewing actually have a mix of statuses. If most applications are in the same status, the list may not visibly change.
- If you’re expecting certain statuses (for example, “Requesting info” vs “Processing”), they may appear grouped in a broader stage depending on how that view is displayed.
If it still doesn’t look right, contact Snug Support and include:
- The property address (or a link/screenshot of the Applications page)
- What you expected the order to be
- A screenshot of what you’re seeing
