If you have two separate applications for the same property and need to combine them (for example, when applicants have applied separately but want to be considered together), you can easily merge them in your Snug team account.
When to merge applications
- Applicants have submitted separate applications for the same property but want to be assessed together (e.g., as joint tenants).
How to merge applications
- Go to the Applications page
- Log in to your Snug team account and navigate to the Applications page.
- Find the property
- Search for the property address.
- Select the Joint Applicant
- Locate the application for the Joint Applicant.
- Click the (...) button
- On the right side of the application row, click the three dots (...) to open more options.
- Choose "Merge Application"
- Select Merge Application from the menu.
- Select the Primary Applicant
- In the pop-up window, choose the application you want to merge into.
- Applicant approval
- The Joint Applicant will receive an email to approve the merge. Once approved, the applications will be combined.
