Overview
This feature introduces a comprehensive tenancy transfer tool that allows property managers to streamline the process of transferring existing tenants to new properties. This is also commonly referred to as a lease assignment, tenant transfer or change of shared tenancy.
Benefits
- Create Off-Market Properties: Automatically creates an off-market property listing with the provided address details
- Generate Active Offers: Creates an active rental offer with specified lease terms (default 12-month lease)
- Send Application Invitations: Automatically invites the existing tenant to apply for the new property via email and/or SMS
- Bypass Viewing Requirements: Allows applications without requiring property viewings (suitable for tenant transfers)

User Guide
Creating the listing in Snug
- Snug Overview page navigate to +Add button and select Tenancy Transfer
- Type the address in the Search for address and select > click Next
- If the Address is not found enter the details as per the fields > click Next
- Enter the Lease start date and Weekly rent > click Next
Invite Tenant to Apply
- Enter details of the Tenant you wish to Invite to Apply > click Send
- The applicant will receive a special direct apply link for them to submit their paperwork.
Manage the listing
The property will now display as an Off Market where you can process any Viewings and Applications as per your normal Agency workflow

No, as this is a off market property, no prospecting will happen

Yes you will need the details of the tenant you want to send the invite to.
