- Note that with the prescribed form, rental references, employment and employment confirmation, pets and student details are not requested.
- Confirm agency Registered Land Agent (RLA) Number, Company/Entity Name and ABN with our customer service team.

Snug has implemented other product updates to enable pre-listing disclosure information:
- Agent details – full name and contact details of the agent, including the agent’s Registered Land Agent number and ABN
- Sale of property – whether the landlord has advertised, intends to advertise, or has entered into a sales agency agreement for, the sale of the premises
- Rates and charges – the allocation of charges for water, electricity, gas or such charges
- Exclusions – parts of the property not included in the tenancy (eg. internal storage areas, external areas parking, fixtures, fittings or furniture etc)
- Duration of tenancy – the proposed length of the tenancy agreement eg. 6 months, 12 months, 24 months
- Available date – the first available date for the tenancy at the rental property
- Rent frequency – how often rent is payable (e.g., weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
- Bond – whether a bond is required and the amount
- Tenant documentation required – the type of ID documents and finance documents a tenant should provide (e.g., a maximum of 2 ID Docs: driver’s licence, proof of age car, and a maximum of 2 finance docs, a payslip and other proof of income document)
- Tenancy databases – the name, email and phone number of all residential tenancy databases used to assess prospective tenants are presented
