Overview
Property managers can download files for a selected applicant. Snug does not combine individual applicant’s details into one PDF file. Data is sensitive and property managers are advised to take care downloading, storing or sharing applications and adhering to data deletion timelines.

Step-by-step guide
Download one applicant’s files
- Go to My Team > Applications.
- Open the relevant applicant’s application.
- Select Download.
- Choose App & Attachments for a combined PDF.
The menu also offers Application, Attachments, and Disclosure Authority.
Note: Download covers the selected applicant only. A Financial Insights report is included in Attachments or App & Attachments when your agency has access and the applicant has an attached report.
What the download contains
- Application: Selected applicant's details.
- Attachments: Supported files for the selected applicant.
- App & Attachments: Combined PDF for the selected applicant.
- Disclosure Authority: Selected applicant's disclosure authority.
Questions and answers
Q: Can I download all applicants’ details together?
A: No. Download each applicant’s files separately. Snug does not provide one combined file for every applicant on a property.
Q: Does App & Attachments include every file?
A: It combines supported application and attachment content for the selected applicant. A Financial Insights report requires agency access and an attached report for that applicant.
Q: Can I print one applicant’s details?
A: Yes. Visit the Applicant Details page and select Print at the bottom.
