Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: Why are there no address history contact details in some applications?
A: Prior to 1 May 2025, for any application across all States, if an applicant's address history does not display contact information, it was entered with the property arrangement "I owned the property" or "Temporary / AirBnB" which do not contain contact information.
From from 1 May 2025, Snug aligns with Form 22, and does not collect the property arrangement (eg. owned, rented, temporary/Airbnb etc) for Qld applications and does not display property arrangements for all Qld applications, historical and new.
