Overview
When a property is newly listed on Snug, only the listing agent assigned to the property will receive the Edit Onlist Details email notification. If the notification isn’t received, it’s usually due to notification settings or agent assignment.
Who receives the notification?
- The listing agent assigned to the property in Snug.
- If the listing agent has disabled Onlist notifications, the default listing agent will receive the email.
Troubleshooting steps
- Check the Property Uploader feed
- Make sure the property feed is running and up to date.
- Verify the Listing Agent assignment
- Go to the property in Snug and check who is set as the listing agent.
- Check Default Listing Agent settings
- If a default listing agent is set, they may receive notifications instead.
- Check PMS sync settings
- If your agency uses a Property Management System (PMS), ensure Property Manager sync is activated so the correct agent is added.
- Review Team Member notification settings
- Each team member can turn Onlist notifications on or off in their personal settings.
- Check email filters and spam
- Ask the agent to check their spam/junk folder and any mail rules that might block or filter Snug emails.
