Snug’s rental referencing system helps you quickly add recent address history and referees when applying for a property. Here’s how it works and what to do if a reference is sent to the wrong contact.
How the system works
- When you add a new address history, Snug will suggest referees based on addresses you’ve lived at in the last 90 days.
- You can autocomplete referee details to save time.
- The system uses the agency contact email you provide. If this email is incorrect, the reference may be sent to the wrong address.
What to do if a reference is sent to the wrong address
- Double-check the agency contact email before submitting your application.
- If you realise a reference was sent to the wrong person, contact Snug Support as soon as possible. We’ll help you correct the details and resend the reference if needed.
