At Snug, making your workflow seamless is our priority. If you need to send application details to PropertyMe, just follow these simple steps:
Steps to Send Application Details
- Open the application you want to send in Snug.

Change the status to either:
- Application Approved
- Offered
- Tick the box labelled "Send application details to PropertyMe".
- Save the status change.
Once you do this, the application details will be sent directly to PropertyMe.
Tip: Make sure the box is ticked before saving. If you forget, you can update the status again and tick the box.
Troubleshooting
If you don’t see the option or the details aren’t sending:
- Double-check that the application status is set to Application Approved or Offered.
- Make sure the "Send application details to PropertyMe" box is ticked.
- If issues continue, contact Snug Support.
