This article explains how renters can accept a rental offer received through Snug, including paying a holding deposit if required.
Receiving the Offer
When a Property Manager accepts your rental application, Snug will send you an email notification. This email typically contains:
- Confirmation that your application was successful.
- A link to view and accept the offer online.
- Details about any required Holding Deposit.
How to Accept the Offer
You can accept the offer either via the link in the email or by logging into your Snug account.
- Log in: Access your Snug account at https://app.snug.com/login.
- Navigate: Go to your Applications dashboard.
- Locate Offer: Find the property application marked with an “Offered” status and click on it.
- Review: Carefully review all property details (address, rent, lease terms) and the application summary displayed.
- Accept: click the “Accept” button.
- Confirmation: After successfully accepting (and paying any deposit), the application status on your dashboard should update to “Accepted”. You should also receive confirmation via email.
