Step 2: Start Your Rental Application
There are two main ways to begin:
- Click the specific “Apply” link provided by the Property Manager (often on the property listing or via email). Click [Start Application].
- Initial Details: On the first page, provide your lease preferences (term, start date, rent offer) and household details (number of adults/children).

- Click [Save and Continue].
Note: You can also do a property search on your Snug homepage. Type in the postcode/suburb/street name in the 'Search for a property' field and then click on the result. When you find a matching property that suits you, click [Start Application].

Follow the on-screen instructions to build your profile. This information forms the core of your application.

- Updating: You can update your profile anytime via My Profile on your dashboard.
- Checkmarks: Indicate completed sections.

Step 4: Submit Your Application
- Review: Carefully review your entire draft application, ensuring all details and documents are accurate.
- Disclosure: Read and tick the disclosure authorities at the bottom.

- Tracking: Monitor application progress via email/SMS notifications and the My Applications section on your dashboard.
