Overview
When a tenant breaks their lease early, you may need to re-advertise the property with a fresh campaign. By default, if a property is re-listed within 60 days, Snug merges the new advert into the original listing. This means previous campaign data (enquiry counts, home open attendance, and reporting stats) will carry over.
To start fresh with clean statistics for your new campaign, you can use the "Create new property on next feed update" option in your Property Uploader settings.
When to use this feature
- A tenant has broken their lease and you need to re-advertise the property
- You want accurate campaign reporting for the new listing period
- You need to present clean statistics to the property owner for the new campaign
How to reset property statistics
- Log in to your Snug Property Manager Dashboard
- Go to Overview and locate the property
- Click Edit on the property
- Select the Publishing Options tab
- Tick the checkbox labelled "Create new property on next feed update"
- Click Continue to save your changes
- When your CRM/PMS sends the next feed update, Snug will create a brand new property with fresh campaign statistics
(Note: Product images will be added once this feature is Released.)
What happens next
- A new property listing is created with zero enquiries, zero home open stats, and a clean activity history
- The original property is archived automatically
- Any existing applications on the old listing remain accessible via the archived property
- The new listing will appear in your portfolio as a fresh campaign ready for prospecting
Good to know
- This option is available in the Property Uploader under Edit Property > Publishing Options
- The 60-day merge window means that without ticking this option, any re-listing within that period will inherit the old campaign data
- If your property is fed via an API integration (e.g. Domain), the new property will be created on the next sync cycle
