How does Application Workflow work?
With the Snug Match workflow tools, each application can be updated to reflect its progress through the leasing journey.
Snug match processes applications through a journey of five stages: New, Process, Approve, Offer and Accept. Each stage includes a number of sub-statuses to provide the flexibility to match your leasing process and provide enough detail to understand the status of your applications.
The property stage will reflect the most progressed application out of the set of applications for that property.
How do I update the application status?
- Log in to your Property Manager Dashboard
- Click on the Applications menu to see your applications list
- Update the status of an application by clicking “Move to”, selecting the desired status
- Click save once selected
- The application status will update (email communications may be sent in some cases as noted in Available Stages and Statuses)
- A confirmation message will be displayed on screen
