Property Managers can add the contact information for Owners and Tenants to enable easier communication and reporting.
Adding and removing property owner
To add and remove property owners:
- Click on My Team
- Click Viewings in the left navigation
- Click the context menu (...) on any property
- Click Add owner
- You can then add and remove owners
Adding owner details on listing a property
The Daily Summary email with the "Add Details" will take you to the Contacts section to add the Owner details.
Add:
- Email, Mobile, First name - mandatory fields
- Last name - optional fields
- Preferences (notes)
- Interested properties - rent listings to keep the renter informed of viewings, price reductions
- Owned properties - attaches an owner to the property enabling viewing reports and other communication to be sent
