- Save conversation or internal private notes
- Archive (view archived list)

Autoresponder Attachments
- Add attachments to your enquiry autoresponder reply to new enquiries eg. Rent payment methods or special conditions for your office
- This can be set for a housing category such as Affordable or Essential Worker to provide Disclosure forms or Program Information to the prospective tenant
- To set up:
- Go to Settings / Applications
- Go to Autoresponder Attachments and upload the document related to the housing category and save the update
- Tip: send a test to check your settings are correct
