Team Members can select the personal notifications that they would like to receive in the Personal Notification Settings. Visit My Team -> Settings -> Personal Notifications.

- Auto Responses - turning Auto Responses on will send a copy of the auto response email to the Team Member for each enquiry is received.

- Check the property listings have been refreshed and [x] sent to Snug
Q: Why is the new application email notification not being received?
A: The team member assigned to the property will receive New Application email notices, if the notification preference is enabled. To check the team member assigned, see: Assign a Property or Application to a Team Member. Check that the notification is enabled for the team member assigned to the property. Visit My Team -> Settings -> Personal Notifications and ensure "New Received" is enabled, and click "Save changes"
Q: How can I turn off new viewing request emails?
A: New viewing request emails are sent to team members assigned to properties when a new enquiry is received to ensure that new enquiries are notified. These are not available to turn off in the notifications. If you do not wish to receive, we suggest setting up a filter in your email client to archive these email notices.
