How to request multi-select information from an applicant
- Login to your Snug team account
- Navigate to the selected application
- Click "Request info" in any section or at the top of the application
- Select all information required
- Click "send request" on the bottom of the application page

How does Snug enable request information?
Snug enables you to send a dynamic template Email and SMS to the renter with the Request Info items. The hot links enable the Renter to update their information. We'll notify the property manager by email and via the dashboard as soon as the information is uploaded.
Can a renter update their profile within the application after submission?
Yes the renter profile information in the application is updatable so renters can add requested information, add co-applicants etc. The application ID, time stamps and compliance of accepted T&C etc remain as submitted. Renters can also quickly withdraw and submit a new application if that is easier or required eg offered another property which is similar but not identical.
