Add zones (by region) to your Viewing Schedule availability to manage your inspections more efficiently.Properties that are allocated to a zone will publish the associated Viewing Schedule for that zone.
To manage zones:
Set up schedules for different zones
- Navigate to "Viewings" in My Team -> Settings
- Scroll down to "Availability"
- Add availabilities and select the preferred zone for each availability from the drop down menu
Assign a property to a viewing zone
- Navigate My Team -> Viewings and select (...) Edit access details for the required property
- Under "Viewing Zone Management", select the preferred zone of your property
