By activating the Calendar Sync, assigned property viewings will automatically synchronise to your Google Calendar and be kept up to date for any changes.
Steps to enable
- Visit My Team -> Settings -> Personal -> Calendar Sync
- Select preferred calendar, e.g. Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar
- Click "Connect"
- Log in and approve access
- Connected

Q: Does this work if I use Office 365?
A: Yes, Snug supports Office 365!
Q: If I change the appointment in my Calendar does this update Snug?
A: No, changes must be made in your property uploader or Snug directly. the calendar sync is one way only, from Snug to your calendar
Q: Does each inspector receive the calendar update if there are multiple listing agents or inspectors
A: Yes, each assigned team member who has connected their Calendar will have viewing times synchronised.
Q: Privacy is important, can Snug see my other appointments?
A: No, we only send updates for Snug Viewings and Snug calendar events.
Q: Does I need to register for Snug with my Google account to synchronise my calendar?
A: No, you only need to have a Google account / calendar that you wish to connect.
Q: My viewing times are not showing in my calendar?
A: Times are synchronised for based on which team member is assigned to a viewing. For details about assigning team members to a viewing, see: Assign a viewing to a team member
If times still do not synchronise, please disconnect and reconnect your calendar.

Q: Why do I see "Need admin approval" when trying to synchronise my calendar via Office 365
A: This is a setting set by your Office 365 administrator. The administrator can either allow end users to consent to using apps or set up an admin authorisation process. Please see the Microsoft support centre for details.
