Updating the template
The Lease Offer includes the following default template. If you would like to update this to suit your office needs, please review and send any changes to our Customer Service Team (help@snug.com)
- Congratulations message
- Your household application has been conditionally approved for the tenancy at <property address>. The following details outline what you need to do to secure your new home! Initial Payment is required to secure the property and take it off-market.
- Initial payment/holding deposit instructions
- Please make payment and ensure funds are cleared by the due date (please allow 2 business days). Email your receipt to: <assigned team member>
- Bond payment instructions
- Please make payment and ensure funds are cleared by the due date (please allow 2 business days). Email your receipt to: <assigned team member>
- Remaining rent payment instructions
- Please make payment and ensure funds are cleared by the due date (please allow 2 business days). Email your receipt to: <assigned team member>
- Lease signing instructions
- We look forward to you meeting your Leasing Contact above who will welcome you and walk you through your lease agreement. Please email <assigned team member> to confirm a time. NOTE: all leaseholders will need to attend the lease signing.

Updating payment details
The Lease Offer also displays your preferred EFT, BPAY or DEFT payment details. To activate Lease Offer payment details, please send the Payment Details Authority to our Customer Service Team.
- Note: For security reasons, the Payment Details Authority must be signed by an authorised representative of the business (Director, Licensee or Principal).
- BPay - your biller code can be included, however, a unique renter payment ID will need to be entered for each Lease Offer. At this stage, the payer id is not auto-generated.
- EFT - the account must be a Trust Account.
