Pods in Snug are sub-teams within your agency account, designed to streamline your rental workflow. By grouping team members into Pods, you can distribute tasks more efficiently, enhance collaboration, and improve focus.

Usage Guide
Setting up a pod
- Go to Team Settings → Click on the Pods tab.
- Click "Add Pod" → Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Leasing Team East").
- Save the Pod → Assign team members as needed.
Managing & Editing Pods
- Go to Team Settings → Open the Pods tab.
- Find the Pod → Click Edit next to the Pod’s name.
- Make Changes → Update the name or adjust members.
Removing a Pod
- Go to Team Settings → Open the Pods tab.
- Find the Pod → Click Remove next to the Pod’s name.
- Confirm Deletion → The Pod will be removed, but members remain in the team.
Using Pods as Filters in Snug
Once Pods are set up, you can filter your workspace to focus on specific Pods:
- Messages: View only tenant inquiries relevant to a Pod.
- Applications: See rental applications handled by a Pod.
- Viewings: Filter inspections scheduled by a Pod.
- References: Check reference requests assigned to a Pod.

Who can manage Pods?
Only Team Admins can create, edit, or delete Pods.
How many Pods can I create?
You can create up to 12 Pods, with a maximum of 12 members per Pod.
Who can be in a Pod?
Any team member can be in a Pod.
Can a team member be in multiple Pods?
Does removing a Pod delete team members?
No, it only removes the Pod. Team members remain in the agency account.
Can I change a Pod’s name or members later?
Yes, a Team Admin can edit the Pod in My Team -> Settings -> Pods.
