When will I receive my Invoices?
Invoices are sent monthly and include:
- Subscription Plan
- Bundles
- Consumables (eg. Background Checks or SMS costs)
The first invoice will be sent at the end of the trial, terms are 7 days payable.
What payment methods does Snug accept?
Snug accepts credit card or direct debit. Snug does not accept EFT transfer to our account.
How can I change billing details?
Snug has a customer portal where you are able to update details and access history:
- office address
- contact person / billing email
- payment method

What happens if we sell our agency or merge with another?
You may transfer your Plan to another entity. Snug requires approval from both the outgoing and incoming entity in writing.
