How it works & key benefits
Snug can receive property uploads and send the successful application details to Kolmeo, making the process of preparing Lease the seamless. The key benefits to an office using the integration are:

Existing Client Set Up
Activating the integration between Snug and Kolmeo is a four step process:
- Request an activation key and uploader agency ID from Kolmeo support (help@kolmeo.com)
- Request Snug activate the Kolmeo property uploader, providing the uploader Agency ID supplied by Kolmeo (contact Snug support), NOTE: any properties from another property uploader should be archived once Kolmeo uploads are received.
- Activate the Kolmeo integration in Snug
- Send successful application details to Kolmeo

As a team admin, Visit My Team -> Settings -> Team -> Kolmeo (NOTE: only team Admins can activate or deactivate the Kolmeo integration)

Q. How do I activate the Kolmeo integration?
A. As a team admin, visit My Team -> Settings -> Integrations -> Kolmeo, click "Activate" and provide the key requested from Kolmeo support (help@kolmeo.com). Please note that properties must be published to Snug via the Kolmeo property uploader for tenant onboarding.
Q. Will past applications on Snug sync with Kolmeo?
A. No, once activated, Snug starts synchronising new approved applications to Kolmeo.
Q. Do my Kolmeo contacts sync with Snug?
A. Only contacts related to applications are sent to Kolmeo. Future enhancements to the integration may include owner, tenant and property manager contacts to streamline the leasing journey.
Q. Do my Kolmeo properties sync with my listings on Snug?
A. To be able to send successful applicants to Snug, properties must be published to Snug via the Kolmeo property uploader. Snug receives the standard published property information.
Q. What do I need to do on Kolmeo before sending applications?
A. To be able to issue an application to Kolmeo, a property must exist on Kolmeo and be successfully published to Snug.
Q. How long does it take for an application to be sent to Kolmeo?
A. Applications are sent immediately at the Application Workflow stages where application details are issued to Kolmeo (e.g. Offered).
Q. How do I deactivate the Kolmeo integration?
A. As a team admin, visit My Team -> Settings -> Integrations -> Kolmeo and click Deactivate.

Q. Why does an application fail to onboard from Snug to Kolmeo?
A. Occasionally, an application may not transfer, e.g. when a property is archived/deleted on Kolmeo, internet connectivity issues, duplicate property exists on Kolmeo. If an issue occurs, pls check these reasons by checking the activity log at My Team -> Settings -> Integrations -> Kolmeo and if the problem persists contact Snug Support to investigate.
Q. If the rent and start date are adjusted in the lease offer, are the adjustments sent to Kolmeo?
A. Yes, these adjustments are reflected when sending the application to Kolmeo. If the lease offer details are changed after sending it, the details should be updated directly in Kolmeo.
Q. When changing to Kolmeo for property uploads from another uploader, do properties need to be republished?
A. Yes, when changing property uploaders, the properties in Snug should be archiged and the properties republished to Snug from the Kolmeo uploader.
