Homely renters can easily "Apply with Snug.com" and property managers benefit from quality online rental applications and a streamlined leasing platform using Snug.
Property Managers receiving Homely applications with Snug will get notified through email about the application. They can then access the application in one of two ways:
- The PM can request access and enter details and they will receive an email with a link to access the application that’s time-limited. They will need to do this each time they want to access the application, as they do not have a Snug account.
- The PM can register a Snug account and then request access to the application (via the button/link in the notification email) and this will allow them to access the application multiple times without re-requesting access.
