Important: do not share emails or mobiles across your team on Snug. For privacy, security, and activity audit records ensure every team member has their own login. It's free to add / remove unlimited users to your team account on Snug.
Add/Remove team members
For security reasons, only the administrator of your Team Account can manage team members.
- Login and visit Settings / Members
- To add, click [Invite Team Members]
- To remove, click context menu next to the team member [...]
Alternatively, the administrator of the account can email hello@snug.com with the following information:
- ADD or REMOVE, first name, last name, email address eg.
ADD, John Citizen, john.citizen@youragencyname.com.au
REMOVE, Jane Smith, jane.smith@youragencyname.com.au
Edit mobile
A user is able to edit/change their own mobile number.
- Login and visit My Profile: https://app.snug.com/bc/profile
- Click [Update Details] and enter the mobile number, then [Update] to save
Swapping mobiles within a team
Follow the Remove user process,
- Login and visit Settings / Members
- To remove, click context menu next to the team member [...] and select 'Also remove user account'. This will release the email and mobile associated with the Team Member profile.
- Then invite the Team Member with the mobile number just released

Offshore users
Offshore team members can be added by your Team Admin.
Log in and visit My Team -> Settings -> Team -> Members
Click Invite New Team Member
Add email address, select team role and select "Offshore user"
Click Invite
The user will receive an email invite and can fill in the registration details (or log in and accept if they have an existing user account matching the email address the invite was issued to).
NOTE: When the Offshore team member registers their user account, they should enter their mobile number or appropriate land line number to complete registration.
Once registered, the Offshore team member will receive an email with the account verification code to complete their registration.
Offshore team member enters their registration details
Including their local number or agency office number
Verification code is delivered by email
Complete the registration by entering the verification code in the registration prompt
NOTE: If the verification email is not received or is delayed, the user can click
"Resend Email" to trigger a new verification code
Accept the team invitation
Note: Offshore team members are unable to update their details. To change an Offshore team member's details, please remove the user (ensuring the user account is also deleted) and re-invite.
Roles
Team members can be assigned a role when invited to a team.
- Admin - This is a team administrator, authorised to make changes to the team with our customer service team (help@snug.com) and provided with access to administrator-only settings
- Casual Inspector - a specialist role allowing limited access to the team for enquiry handling and viewing management
- Leasing Consultant - Access all parts of team, excluding administrator only settings
- Property Manager - Access all parts of team, excluding administrator only settings
- BDM - Access all parts of team, excluding administrator only settings
- Team Leader - Access all parts of team, excluding administrator only settings

Q: Can I share a user account with another team member?
A: To assist Real Estate agencies in managing security and accountability, Snug requires that all team members have individual user accounts with a unique mobile number. Individual user accounts are an important aspect of Two Factor Authentication and managing accountability, audit trails and efficiency through individual preferences, communication and assignments. For these reasons, individual user accounts are a requirement in the Snug Terms of Use. If your agency requires a specific setup to make sure notifications are sent to a central emails address, please contact our friendly Customer Support team who can assist: help@snug.com
Q: An offshore team member logging in sees "Error sending verification SMS"
A: Please remove the existing offshore team member - My Team -> Settings -> Team -> Members ensuring to click the option to remove the user account. Then re-invite as an offshore team members as noted above in the "Offshore users" section.
