Email forwarding enables: building your contact address book, auto-replies to portal enquiries, prospecting, inspection booking and nurturing prospects through your leasing journey.
There are two ways to enable the email forwarding feature via Snug each one uses your generic rental enquiries email.
Option 1) Individual listing agent using the rental enquiries email
For each individual listing agent, use your generic firstname.lastname@example.org for the portal enquiries (remove the individual email).
This means that when prospect sends an portal enquiry to "Jane Smith" the generic email will forward to the Snug Messages email forwarding engine.
Note: Jane Smith will need to access the generic email to reply to portal enquiries.
Option 2) Add a second team listing agent
Continue to use the individual listing agent email AND also set up a second listing agent profile eg. Rentals Team using the generic email@example.com for the portal enquiries.
This means: Jane Smith will continue to receive the portal enquiry directly and can reply from the individual email. The second listing agent "Rentals Team" will receive the enquiry and automatically forward this to the Snug Messages email forwarding engine.
Why are we not receiving enquiries in our Snug Messages forwarding engine?
- The individual listing agent is not using the generic email
- The team listing agent is not set up
- The generic email is not forwarding to your team's unique Snug Messages Email (contact your email administrator to arrange this)
