At a glance, Snug shows the status of applications so it's faster and easier to process applications with confidence.
1. Snug Match Score
Snug Match Score is a patent pending calculation of the applicant's suitability based on the income, employment, references, property and market conditions.
2. Applicant Status
Shows whether Identify (ID), Income (IN), Employment (EM) and Rental References (RR) are received and verified either through third party or your team approving the application section.
3. Rent to Income
Calculates the amount of After Tax Weekly Household Income spent on Rent. Typically between 20-40% is considered affordable. Above 50% may result in rental affordability stress.
4. Household applications complete
Shows all or some of the household applicants have submitted their application. Green icon shows all household members have submitted. Grey shows we are awaiting 1 or more household members to submit their application.
5. Application Processing Status
Shows the stage and status of the application from New to Marked as Leased. You can also view the status updates in the application on the right-hand side under "Notes".
