What you'll need
- Your Snug Team ID (see below on how to get your Snug Team ID)
Steps to enable
1. Request that your Snug Team ID is enabled by sending an email to help@snug.com
2. Once activated, gather your Snug Team ID from your team settings (My Team -> Settings -> Team -> Status)
My Team -> Settings -> Team -> Status -> Snug Team ID
3. To activate Snug, please send your request using the below template to the Stockdale & Leggo marketing team (marketing@stockdaleleggo.com.au), making sure to include your Snug Team ID from Step 2

Common Questions and Troubleshooting
Q: How do I check that Snug is enabled?
A: Once confirmation is received from Stockdale & Leggo Marketing that it is enabled, please visit a property on the Stockdale & Leggo and check that the "Book Inspection" button directs to Snug.
Q: Why is my Snug Team ID showing as Off?
A: Please request that your Snug Team ID is enabled by emailing help@snug.com
Q: Clicking on BOOK INSPECTION does not direct to Snug.
A: Please ensure that you have followed the steps in Steps to enable, if so, please contact Stockdale & Leggo marketing to check the your Snug Team ID has been configured correctly.
