Question: How can I see the auto-response for enquiries I receive?
Answer: Once you have enabled auto-replies, submit an enquiry for an active listing through realestate.com.au or domain.com.au.
Question: Why is a viewing showing as "Fully Booked"?
Answer: Viewings will show as "Fully Booked" if the viewing registrations are above the viewing registration cap or all the viewing slots are taken. Please check the number of registrations for the viewing in question and confirm the registration cap and slot settings: Viewing Slots & Viewing Caps to manage attendees.
Question: Why is the viewing not showing in the enquiry response?
Answer: Viewings must be in the future and public / open homes to be visible in the enquiry response (and on the property page). How to schedule a private viewing
Question: Can I stop receiving enquiries directly from Realestate.com.au once enquiries are being received in the Snug Messages inbox?
Answer: Yes, you can do this one of two ways:
- Set up a filter in your email inbox to archive / file enquiries, e.g. filter your gmail inbox
- Remove your direct email address from the listing agent profile in the Realestate.com.au agent admin portal, leaving just the Snug messages inbox email address.
