Logging in to Snug
- How do I join my team?
- The Administrator for your office will need to invite you to the team (by emailing help@snug.com or via Onboarding/Add Team)
- When you receive the Invite to join your team email, click Accept (note for security reasons this email expires after 7 days).
Property Feed
- I can’t find a property on Snug?
Snug imports properties via your uploader feed every 15 mins (similar to a portal). If you cant find a property follow these steps:
- Check Snug/Overview and use the Status drop down filter to show the "Archived" properties (tip: check that "All team" . If the property is in Archive, simply click the sub menu [...] to unarchive.
- Check the property is not
- Check your property Uploader - is the property pushed to portals including Snug? Perhaps Snug has not been selected as a destination.
- Check does it appear on realestate.com.au or your direct website?
- If you still cant find the property please contact help@snug.com
I’ve dropped the rental price, now what happens?
- A price drop notification by email is sent to all active enquirers on that property
- Daily Summary confirms the price reduction and number of prospects sent the notification
Enquiries
- Where do I respond to enquiries?
- Auto replies are sent to your portal and direct enquiries, inviting renters to book an inspection and/or apply for a property
- You'll still receive the original enquiry from the portal, and if required you should directly reply to the prospect via the portal enquiry email
- Use Messages to manage prospects: book viewing, send stock list/pre-apply

Viewings
- Preparing for efficient Viewings using the on list to Add Details
- A daily summary of viewings and relevant details are emailed around 8am
- Use the "Add Details" link to add tenants, owners and access codes
- Also check the inspector is correct and amend if required

- I’m doing my Viewing Run and I cant see my properties?
- Use "Show All" team members, perhaps the listing agent was set to a colleague

- Select the specific property viewing time and click "Add Note"

Applications
- How do I chase up an applicant or document?
- Send Reminder to secondary applicant

- Navigate to applications
- Click the sub menu [...] attached to your target application, select "Share Application"
- The application summary is sent de-identified

- How do I send a referral to my Utility Connection provider?
- Referrals are seamlessly sent to a utility connection partner when property managers process an application either as:
- "Lease Offer" communication is sent to the renter from Snug platform
- "Mark as Leased" status update only, no communication is sent to renter via Snug
